New Year, Same Mission: More Human Understanding
As a new year begins, we find ourselves reflecting on our purpose and what truly matters in the work we do. Every Day Better: How It All Started
Our journey started back in 2018 when Co-founders Jorge Dryjanski and Erick Zamacona met while developing and teaching the first Behavioral Economics Diploma in the Spanish-speaking world. This same year they started nobrainer at Erick’s grandmother Elaine’s house (thanks, Elaine!) with nothing but a dream and a mutual promise to get every day better. That promise has kept the agency going through the good, and the not so good; and today, nobrainer continues to expand its mission of fostering human understanding further into the universe.
This moment of curiosity, of seeking to understand, is the foundation that has shown us firsthand how vital a clear mission and set of values are in shaping not only an organization’s work but its impact.
